When you think of the word Tomorow what comes to mind?. Either the time after 12:00 PM or when you have woken up and you begin a new day?. But in Reality there is no Tomorow, Tomorow is just a word.
We only have one life so why do some suffer, why cant everyone be happy and enjoy life?. Its simple, Everyone has daily priorities you dont feel like or want to do, But in order to maintain a home, in order to maintain a steady life you have to commit to these simple yet energy draining boring deeds. To have a job, Yes some people wont enjoy it but you have to to live the way you want to right?. Well why not "Enjoy" it, if you can see "Working" as a daily requirement why not use it to your advantage. "Stress" can easily be overcome by overlooking hardships and problems. Sure everyone has some problems that will stress you out, but thinking about all your problems and how your going to overcome them will only hold you down and gain stress. Throughout your day instead of stressing about problems and issues think about whats going good for you, dont take your life for granted embrace it. This is your life, dont worry about tomorow, live today, enjoy today. Let go of grudges, dont think violently and dont worry about what does not need to be worried about because when it comes down to it, its not worth the hassle. All of it effects your mind, the way you think and they way you are through out your day. If you know tomorow is going to be hard or tiring, dont let it eat at your mind, its poisoning you and you dont even know it. When Tomorow comes, do what you have to do, overcome what has to be overcome and work for yourself and your Family.
If you let what ive said get to you and hold you down, do something about it, change your mind set. Its easy to be happy, but its even easier to be miserable. Turn how you think around and enjoy the present, theres only one present and thats right now.
