Presentation on the ancient Egyptian goddess Ma'at
Ma'at is the Goddess of truth and justice. She weighs the souls of the dead in the Hall of Two Truths to determine whether or not a person is worthy of the afterlife. She is responsible for the balance of the universe, and is the counterpart of Isfet (chaos and destruction). All Pharaohs were considered to be priests of Ma'at, whose name was literally the Egyptian word for Truth.
