Weight: 9st10 (or something like 135 pounds?)

Badminton with school for about fourty minutes-ish.
100 press-ups
100 sit-ups
100 'leg raises' on each leg.

Non-existent. I had three mini pancake things for "breakfast" on the bus (at about 7:30am) and had a great big load of terrible-for-me KFC for dinner (at about 7:00pm).
And I have drank two cans of pepsi max.

No wonder I've not got the body size I'd like.. -.- 

In my defence, the KFC was not optional... well it was.. but the options were KFC or McDonalds...

I'm also now drinking a glass of water to make up for the pepsi :P
