Loose Lips.

A spoken word piece that I configured after a particularly stimulating weekend away. Please feel free to critique/comment. All feedback is genuinely appreciated.
(Apologies for the lay-out. I can't seem to stop double line spacing. Anyone have any ideas?)

You make me smile so wide that the gaps between my teeth could shelter boats during the roughest of storms.

They would anchor themselves deep within my gums, my nerves like the ocean floor, twitching with every roll of breath that passes through their battered, weary sails.

As the waves of your lips roll ever closer to these fragile shores, I shall batten down the hatches of my heart and brace my soul for the inevitable crash of your storm-laden kiss.

The End
