This is my journey out of Egypt; my escape to the promise land from my own place of bondage. Taken directly from my journal, it relates my struggles with false guilt, self-harm, eating, depression and anxiety and how God was in it all and led me through it.

A story of hope from despair, of darkness replaced by light,
