Do You Suppose?

Do You Suppose? (28/2/2011)

I don't really try to hide my beliefs
I've switched back and forth continuously
Oh, Atheist or agnostic
I wonder what he or she would be like

Do you suppose god's a guy like they say?
Do you suppose he hides behind tall walls?
Do you think he feels guilty
For the beings he's made?

Oh, Does he like art and music?
Does he vote labour or tory?
Did he pray for his own soul
When he first learnt of war?

Do you suppose god's a guy like they say?
Do you suppose he hides behind tall walls?
Do you think he feels guilty
For the beings he's made?

Oh, Do you think he's ran away?
Just suppose for a minute
That he's given up on human race
That he's the one who's lost his faith

Do you suppose god's a guy like they say?
Do you suppose he hides behind tall walls?
Do you think he feels guilty
For the beings he's made?

Oh, Do you suppose he hears our cries?
Do you think he cries when we die?
I wonder if he knows all the tortures we endure
Does he feel them alongside us?
Or has he fallen
Without grace
To another place?

The End
