Dear fellow members of the Bloody Scythes, 

There have been a number of rapes and murders within the are. Suspected to be caused by an infamous group known as the,  " Marooned Capes". Whoever is up to the task of defending our fair city from these monstrosity's feel free.

Little is known about the gang as a whole, except that their leader is named Atred. I have posted information about him on the boards below. He is 6"1, male, and he has silver hair and grass-green eyes. Beware, he is said to be very manipulative.
