Headlights by Eminem: Changing Regret to Forgiveness.
The whole song is one giant apology to Eminem's mom. At one point he even mentions "I wrote this on the jet/I guess I have to get this off the chest." Eminem had a terrible childhood; his father left, his brother taken by the government, and his mother lost her mind. He produced songs of anger against his mother for not treating him right. In Headlights, he realizes that he didn't have a bad mother, he had a sick one. They went through so much hardship that it drove his mother crazy. Eminem realized she didn't deserve this verbal abuse, and apologizes from the bottom of his heart. He ends the chorus by saying "I am not afraid to die."
