When I was a little girl I knew that when I grew up I wanted to share my stories with the world as a writer. As I grew up I had numerous journals and notebooks full of my musings and stories. It was in high school as I took the college prep English courses that I had fully made up my mind to pursue my dream and try to make something from my stories and thoughts. After graduating from high school, I took online writing courses to fine tune my skills as a writer. Sadly I never got to finish my writing courses because of family issues at that point in my studies. I was two lessons away from completing the course too. In order to continue studying, I'd have to pay quite a pretty penny. In all honesty, with what I make a month I can't afford to go back to school. I did however publish a few of my better pieces on an online publishing site. I made some profit from it and had some of my work read on other continents. I was speechless when my main heartfelt work was bought in Australia. My dearest friend who moved to England is also a writer and she is one of the main reasons that I had decided to pursue my lifelong dream. If it weren't for her, I'd probably not have fully realized my writing and story telling potential. Writing is one of my hobbies and passions. I grew up in a creative, artistic environment. I think it was because of my mom's encouragement AND my dearest friend inspiring me all my life and during the years we've known each other, that made me see the figurative light and realized what I'm supposed to do with my talent. I'm supposed to share my ideas and stories with the world.
