"Damn," Warren whistled, "If I didn't know you any better, I'd say you're up to something. " He laughed looking at the multitude of bags I'd hidden behind neighboring bushes that sat at the edge of the property.

I placed my arms around him and rested my chin on his chest.  "You know me all too well," I said gazing up at him,"I know I said we'd stay with your folks all weekend--but, perhaps we could deviate from the plans ever so slightly?"

He chewed his lip thoughtfully for a moment before looking back down at me with a twinkle in his eyes. "And what does deviating from the plans ever so slightly entail?"

I scuffed my shoe on the ground and took a big gulp of the cool evening air before meeting his eye.  "Nothing much...I was just thinking that there's an awfully lot of exploring to be done and so little, precious time.  And these Pennsylvania wilds have been calling my name ever since we've gotten hear this morning. Pleaseeeee," I grinned at him.

He never could resist that smile.

He made a face. "For a girl I just met two weeks ago, you can be amazingly persuasive, " he muttered, " Give me ten minutes."

I winked. "Take all the time you need."

The End
