Exploding Greenhouse Punch
Mel Dresback was a violent man. This wasn't the first time he'd punched Sandy in the face. But it was the first time in the greenhouse. In her sanctuary. Her workplace. She invited him there. To set him off. Maybe he'd realize why what was about to happen was happening.
Mel turned the key in the ignition and the car exploded. He had a lot of enemies. Anyone could've done it. But Sandy knew Nick was close by, she couldn't see him but she knew, as she smiled. He promised to save her just as she saved him. He did.
