Yesterday she was telling them that everything was going to be fine. That shit happens but life goes on.

Yesterday, she was telling them that when you fall, you got to get on your feet, dust that dirt of your jeans and start walking again.

Yesterday she saved them from drowning themselves in a pool of their own blood.

Yesterday she was the epitome of strength.

Yesterday, she was their idol. They looked to her when the darkness wanted to steel them away into it's icy cold grip. She was their light.

Yesterday, she was the perfect child.

Today, she jumped off the roof of a 15 story building, with only bright red scars on her arms and burns on her naked body to tell her story.

Today...she is dead.

Today they realized...that she was only human.
