The corridor was filled with a grey haze which was either aura or smoke. I took a sniff and coughed. Definitely smoke.

I lurched forward as the class poured into the corridor, the thick smoke looked wispy compared to the ruby aura filling the corridor.

"Everyone out sensibly please," said the supply, but no one took any notice. I was pushed along with everyone else, the blood red haze almost blinding me, I couldn't see where I was going.
