To Love A Vandal
Nina Murphy has been out of a four year relationship for two months. Her parents have payed for her to have therapy sessions because they're "concerned for her wellbeing". But one day, Nina's ex comes back. And most importantly, he wants her back. Can Nina forgive him for what happened before or are they as doomed as Romeo and Juliet?
The day Nina Murphy was born, a butterfly landed on her mouth. And since the day Nina Murphy was born she had always been quiet. She never spoke out of turn, never raised her voice and pretty much only spoke when she was asked a question. Even in her therapy sessions she was quiet. When people saw Nina they instinctively assumed she came from a dysfunctional family because her hair hung over her eyes, because she wore dark clothes and because she listened to the type of music that "made you want to slit your wrists". That was part of the reason Nina's parents had sent her to therapy. Because of those three things they automatically assumed she was part of the emo suicide crowd and that she was thinking about killing herself. And it was during one of these therapy sessions that the window exploded.
