An idea based on my school, which was originally designed to be a prison. For some reason the prison was inadequate and they turned it into a school. Oh wait... prison lol.
Beep. Beep. Beep.
... stupid alarm.
I sat up rubbing the sleep from my eyes. Another monday morning. Yippee.
I took a shower, ate a well-balanced breakfast consisting of the usual... food, duh. Then I lumbered outside and waited for the school-bus.
"Hey Alex!" My buddy Craig ran up to me and we high-fived. Well... we tried. It wasn't really a high-five because I'm almost a foot taller than him.
"Hey Craig. You ready to do some filming today?"
"You bet! My clothes are in my locker. Do you have the green jacket?"
'Yeah it's in my bag... oh! I have an idea... If we can manipulate the camera shot correctly we can make you look awesome."
"Are you implying that I'm not?" Craig said with a straight face.
"Of course not! Anyways... here's the idea we have you stand up at the top of the bleachers and tense up like you are about to leap. Then we film you standing on the seventh rung up and have the camera looking at everything before the sixth rung. Then when you jump it'll look like you just took one big leap from the top. What do you think?"
Craig nodded. "I like it. That'll look awesome. I too had an idea for the locker bit. If we can find some fishing line or something and tie it to one of the lockers we can have someone pull it open carefully but quickly, and make it look like I force-pulled it open into your face... that sound good?"
I laughed "I love it! However I don't want you to be the opener person... how many times have you hit me in the face up til now?"
Craig looked thoughtful for a moment then said "I'm coming up with about... 7 times. There was the punch in the face and the door slam from yesterday, and then the trash can throw from the announcements episode. So maybe I won't pull it open..."
My watch beeped. "Speaking of announcements we gotta go! It's 7:45. We need to get ready to go on air."
"Ok gotcha. I gotta grab something from my locker and I'll be right there."
