"Jacob, go away you're bugging me."I commanded, "The least you can do is go to bed."
Jacob, my disobediant little brother, kept on comming in my room and messing with my stuff. I was the mom here, lately, so I had responsibility over him. Since dad, worked late. And mommy died.
I sobbed, just thinking of her brought back the memmories.
"Sera? Are you okay? Jacob said you were crying, but he was too afraid to come in here so I did." Isabelle's little voice asked through my solid wood door.
"No, I'm fine. Just thinking of . . ." I couldn't say the name in front of Isabelle. She hadn't even seen her mom, yet. It was all the very stuff that brought back the pains, the nightmares, and worst of all the memories of her love.
"Thinking of who Sera?" Isabelle had come in my room and rested her tiny head on my shoulder.
I patted her arm, "It doesn't matter anymore, Belle." I fought back the tears. Again Isabelle asked me what was wrong, "Are you sure?" she asked when I replied "Nothing."
"Well, whatever is wrong it will go away soon, I promise." she crossed her heart.
"Now, will you tuck me in?"
I followed her into her room and pulled the covers upm to her neck.
"I love you."
"I love you too." she kissed my cheek.
"Sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite."
"Okay." she yawned and I turned off the light.
