Didn't I tell you that I would bring you with me next time? It is just so beautiful out here. I found this gorgeous oak on the first day and I knew I had to show you.
It has been a few days since I have written, but you must forgive me. Between exploring and chatting with Jane and playing with the children I often lose track of time. Life has been fun and rather uneventful, for the most part.
Now, I am not trying to be a worrywart but I did see that strange man again. I took a walk down the street to see if I could figure how far it is to town. He was standing on the side of the road wearing the same clothes as before. All he did was stand in place and stare intently. He actually looked very sad. I do wish he would just speak to me.
I still think the man is lonely and harmless but I fear for the children. I think I will speak to Jane about it. No doubt she will tell me how silly I am being and calm my nerves.
Well, I will leave you under this tree for a bit while I explore. I will buy a shoulder bag to keep you in next time I go into town.
