The Truth in Oneself

Where do you find truth in the world?  Where do you find what is real?  Where do you find the truth in all the lies that are told?

Can people tell you something completely untruthful and you not even realize it in the slightest?  Do people tell lies easily or does it weigh on the subconscious?

I believe the truth can be found within yourself, only you can decide what is real and true and you just have to find it within yourself to see what fits you best.
