Lord of Elarin's Office
Xeranad drank the last of his tea and put his mask back on. "Alright, I'll hold you to that. Just remember what will happen if they discover your involvement with me. Tread lightly and leave no evidence of your presence. Understand?"
Garinos bowed a little. "Don't worry. I'll make sure no one instigates against us."
Xeranad nodded. "Alright. I'll see you soon." And with that, he vanished.
"Captain Dronel, I ask that you only think on this for a second..." Koinzell began.
"No. No no no no. NO." Dronel responded with. "I refuse to pull back against such inferior creatures."
Koinzell sighed. "I'm only asking for a temporary retreat. That way, they will think they have us on the run, only until we meet the reinforcements on the way. Then we can assault the enemy in full force."
Dronel looked at him for a second. "How many times do I have to say it before you give up? The answer is no."
Koinzell shook his head. "Well, that's it then. We're doomed."
Dronel yelled back. "Pessimist!" He suddenly spied two elven soldiers carrying an unknown soldier he had never seen before. "Wonder what this is about?"
