The Search for Ancient Tech
Philomena Rushton ran the dust cloth over another ancient manuscript and looked longingly at the cool, shiny laptop on the desk just meters away.
Why did students always have to do the dull and boring stuff? Why so much work before she got to work on her passion?
Not that she didn't love old manuscripts. They were fun in a retro way, but dusting them, storing them, and writing up lists of them in longhand seemed a waste of her valuable time.
If only she could stop her menial duties and explore the newly uploaded collection at the University of Tunis.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door. A strange, gaunt outline just on the other side.
