You start to pound deliriously on the keys as you fall to the ground, wincing in pain. You fumble and press send, and then tuck yourself into the fetal position. You hear a phone ringing as you lie there, struggling to stay conscious. 

"Hello?" you hear from the earpiece. You let out a raspy groan.

"Help..." is all you can manage to let out before you're overcome by nausea and begin to retch.

"Is that you?...I can't believe you'd have the nerve to call me after all this time!"
