Do you scream in pain?

You scream and scream but no words come out.

Panic grips you. Tears roll from your cheek and your skin begins to turn a feverish red.

Are you dreaming? The thought terrifies you and for a moment you forget your pain.

Then it comes flooding back and you try to scream again, only for a small orange to pop out of your mouth.
