Shua sat on the open window ledge, staring at the choppy sea and dark clouds. He didn't even realise that I was even there. A record played beside me, and I slowly listened to the long guitar solo. Sheets of paper blew around the room.
A light slowly broke through the sky and sparkled on the see, then shone through the room. The sun was back again.
I slowly took a step towards him, "Stand back," he whispered urgently, then turned to me and got off of the window ledge. Did he not want me? Did he not care for me? My face turned in shock and I froze in place, we stared at eachother for a long time.
I couldn't help myself and quickly charged into his arms, he held me tightly and rubbed my hair then whispered gently into my ear,
"Keira...we belong together," And as the sun shone on my cheeks and kept my face nice and warm, I knew that he was telling the truth. We always have belonged together, and we always will.
