Share this storyThe rivers are on fire!

The rivers are on fire, been lit by evil liars

They're leading to our houses and burning them to the ground

Animals are dead but the liars seem to be getting proud

Ambition leads to misery as Frankenstein will see

Elizabeth is dead already and soo too, will you, and me

The rivers are on fire!

The rivers are on fire!

La ti da, la ti da

The rivers are on fire, turned into smoke by pliers

Held by filthy hands owned by the greedy and the power

Who pollute the beauty in a place without a tower

Suffocate the flames to put them out, it's the only hope

But not before we throw the evil out and cut the bastards' rope

The rivers are on fire!

The rivers are on fire!

La ti da, La ti da

Maybe this is not how it was meant to be

Maybe your tower isn't as important as a tree

Give me back the tranquil and sublime

Give me back what's morally mine

I beg you, stop and open your eyes

All is dying below the blue skies
