The Mustache

Francis was a normal guy in fifth grade. He breathed, he ate, he... Well, you know the rest. He ate lunch with his not-so-normal friends. They were either really popular (T.J.'s dad was the owner of a potato chip company,  Henry's mom was an actress's agent) or really not-popular (Daniel was obsessed with Legos and Pokemon, Matt was still a fan of Little Bear). 

Francis was normally a behind-the-scenes sort of person. He wasn't really noticed, but he wasn't ignored either. He was a B+ student and an okay athlete. He was never anything special. At least not until September.
