“Whoa there. You mean that you just saw a memory of his? And you chose it? Or what?” Jasper says, approaching them.
“Yes. I scanned his mind. Then saw two.” Rosa sighs again.
“Why did you see two?” Trey asks Rosa.
“I have to see two. Just to make sure you are making the right decision. But normally I try to get a bad one and a good memory, instead of two good so you can make up your minds.” She folds her arms. Trey nods with a confused expression; he obviously doesn’t understand.
“Hm. But you barely gave us enough time to discuss why we think he killed himself.” Jasper gestures towards Draylen.
“What does it matter to you?”Draylen bursts out.
“Oh. Look. He can talk.” Jasper taunts.
“Yes. I can. And if you really want to know why I killed myself, I’ll tell you. What's the main reason people kill themselves?” Draylen retorts.
“They’re miserable.” Trey says quietly.
Draylen nods once and looks at the floor.
“How old are you?” Lottie walks over and puts her hand on his shoulder carefully.
“Seventeen.” He answers, still not looking up.
“You poor thing.” She goes to hug him, but his sudden glare stops her.
“Really? Only seventeen? That's a bit young to decide to die. Isn’t it?” Jasper breaks the mood and they all stare at him in disgust.
“What's wrong with you?” Holly walks around him to face him.
“Me? Nothing. You know, that's a nasty bruise there.” Jasper smirks as he gestures to Holly’s stomach, she looks down at her torn blouse. A large bruise shows on the side of her torso. She quickly tries to cover it by pulling her dirty jacket tightly around herself.
“Leave me alone.” She says through gritted teeth.
“How’d it happen?” Jasper smiles.
“Car accident.” Holly says simply.
“How about you next?” Rosa interrupts their arguing, she looks at Holly.
