Keep following the car
Ross decides to keep following the car to find it's address, in order to provide the police with more information.
The perpetrator is so far oblivious to his tail, as Ross stays just far enough back to avoid suspicion, though a wrecked headlight and bumper should be more visible in the perpetrator's mirror.
The Buick continues on Huckleberry to Starburst, where it dips into a driveway just as Ross makes the bend. If Ross can figure out which one...
