First Impression, Second Glance

The Shadow Lord turned and strode away, evidently without doubt that his minion could deliver the appropriate warning to his captive. Luna stared at the  shadow with her sword. She knew there was no way she could fight, but perhaps a trick would work.
She suddenly lurched to one side, making as if to run. The shadow followed, mirroring her move perfectly. In a split second Luna launched herself at it and ripped the sword from it's hand.

"So now who has the upper hand?" she said with a smile, flipping the sword once and running the shadow through.
