"It doesn't make sense!" I said.

" Yes, I know but...", my brother responded hastily.  His face looked empty and emotionless.

"How can you lose the trial if you don't touch anythings", the voice came from my back side. It was Lista, my second brother. We talked about this when we were on the car.

Along the way, we all felt like we went to the moon. So news, so excited and so cruel. The world was so cruel to us, especially for my eldest brother. He was the one who was accussed of stole the pubic money.

After a few minutes, Oh, there, we arrived infront of the court.  The eldest one looked anxious and sad.

The court was built at the high place of the mountain. It was not the best court in the area but still we hoped, the judges could see the truth and help the eldest one out of this difficulty. I did not believe in God but in my heart, I prayed for him.

'Help him, O God!'

................................

In the court room, there were two little rooms inside the other side of the court. No one there. No one had arrived there yet. Oh, maybe we were too excited and did not even stop to look at the watch. However, we moved in side......

We just took a look inside and out side the court  with out any purposes. We just felt like we already lose the trial before we stepped up. Why? I did not know..why...really!

Maybe this was the first time afterall. The first experience to face the whole town. But because it was so new to my eldest brother, he did not know how to maintain his situation. We all lost control

Yep, you might think we were too weak. You might be right....

Indeed, this was not my trial. At that time, I was just only 17 years old guy who was depressed and unhappy about my life. I was the one who tried to seek freedom outside the town.

I had no experiences at all. I did not know what were they going to ask my eldest brother. Also, He did not know how to protect his dignity because after all, this was the first time. He had not been to court like this any time in his life.

 How could he?

In my family, he was the one who controlled my two sisters. He directed them to the right ways, to do the right things. Just not that, he himself always tried to practice what he thought it was alright for the family, community.

He always told them not to be like the other girls in the town. "Don't act like slut", he always said that to them.

Whenever my family had a problem, he was the one who controlled the situation to make less worse. He was honest more than any other members in my family and more than you could imagine.

To say the truth, he was better than me many times according to the ethics because he did not take any kind of drugs like me. He did not even touch a girl in his life for no good reason. He never foought any one in his life.  He liked to be simple and honest. So, some one like this, could he be one of the people who stole the public's money?

This was related with the job he worked on.....
The job he took because he was forced to take by the town people. He took because he thought he would make some money for school fee. He took the job because he was told that the job was not hard.

Yes, the job was so simple. It was not a job that needed to murder a bunch of people and kinapped children from the children's parents. So so simple...

The town people said, they needed him to work for a while. They whispered to each another that the eldest one was honest and hard worker. They said he might be the best person  for the job after all.

But....but....one of them lied to the eldest. One..only one.!
