Most of us know that amazing feeling when your making homemade cookies and your first encounter with the first bite of a cookie fresh out of the oven. For you that don’t know it goes a little something like this;

You open the oven door as an overwhelming sense of joy washes over you. The smell of the freshly bakes dough with chocolate chips melting into it, makes your taste buds go crazy. You pull them out of your water and you can’t help but like your lips. All thoughts of watching what you eat or dieting completely erased from your mind. You pick one up, even though its extremely hot; you just can’t help yourself. You blow on it a few times just to cool it down before you can’t resist anymore and you take one big delightful bite. The chocolate melts into the pastry in your melt and all you can say is, “mmmmmmmmmm” as you close your eyes and savour the moment. 

Yes it is a wonderful thing freshly baked homemade ovens, and I do intend to devour one right this second.
