Theres a what in the air?

A couple of weeks later, everything changed. Jason the person whom I was under the impression was my sisters boyfriend had started to date a girl named Esmerelda. Though he swore that He and Victoria were not dating I didn't believe him. I got into an argument with Jason before I set out to find Victoria. Later finding out he was telling the truth, but that didn't mean it didn't hurt Victoria. Though we were constantly fighting, she was my sister and I felt like I had to try and protect her. Her heart didn't need to break not like this. I set out to find her not really caring whether or not she would attack me. As long as she felt better.
I walked though the forest calling "Victoria...Come out, come out, where ever you are!"
I got no answer, but I heard a twig snap and I poofed myself to the snapping twig. Sure enough there was my sister, she had a hood over her head, blocking her face. One sure fire sign that something was wrong.
"There you are, Are you okay?" I asked.

"I am fine." I hear my sister say. She sounded far from fine. I knew she was lying, so I decided to prove myself right.

"You don't sound like it." I tell her as I pull off her hood. Sure enough her face was red and her eyes blood shot. Just like someone that had just been crying. Seeing this made me more mad. "See..I knew you weren't okay. I knew he was lying to me. What a jerk. I can't believe him. He is so going to hear my mouth." I said, words flying out of my mouth so fast that even I was having trouble understanding them.

Next thing I knew Victoria hugged me. I was shocked, but quickly hugged her back. 'Wow....' I thought. '...Victoria actually hugged me.' I continued to hugged though the whole night. She eventually cried herself to sleep, but I remained by her side. Removing my warm cape and covering her up with it. As I sat there I watched the sun come up and the light come as well, but then something strange started to happen. Victoria started to talk in her sleep. I looked down and strained to her what she said.

"Mom you dead...... Your father killed me..... Be afraid of the dark.....Be careful..." She mumbled.

"Dad, did what? Afraid of the dark?" I asked myself, looking around and noticing that it was no longer light out. Though it had just been light out not even 5 minutes ago. I looked around starting to get scared. Victoria than shot up.

"Vicky, Are you okay?" I asked her.

"Yes, it was just a nightmare." She told me.

"I d-don't know about that. Why is it getting dark in the middle of the day?" I told her looking around once more. The darkness beginning to enclose around the whole forest.

The next thing my sister said surprised me.
"Amora, you need to go home." She told me.

"Okay, come on." I told her.

"No, I am not going with you." She told me.

"I am not leaving you. No way."

"You need too."

"No, I just got you back. I am not losing you again."

"Amora, go now. Otherwise there will be no hope for either of us."

"Promise me you will be okay."

"I can't." She said, than ran into the forest.

I wanted to run after her, but something told me not to. I watched as she disappeared and than ran home as fast as I could. When I got there I looked all the doors and windows, than began pacing. 'She will be okay. She will be okay.' I kept telling myself.

Toro and Dream, Dream is a 16 year old that I took in; she was like my little sister, both looked at me wondering what had happened. I couldn't speak or stop pacing. I needed to know that Victoria was okay, but there was no contact with the outside, at least so I thought at the time. I stayed up all night for the second night in a row and than the next morning remembered that we had radios. 'Contact Jason. She has to be with him.' I thought, hopefully. Sadly I couldn't be that lucky.

The End
