Kyle and I came into the apartment kissing. This felt weird but, I liked it. It was like a spark of fireworks. We came up for air and Kyle put my back to the front door. We kissed again. He looked at me straight in the face, breathing hard. I stared back, also breathing hard.
"You're good at this," I commented.
"Thanks, you're not bad yourself," he complimented. He kissed me on the forehead and picked me up, princess style, and took me to the bed. He laid me down gently and we continued kissing passionately. I wrapped my arms around the back of his neck. Kyle started kissing my neck, then reaching his hand under my shirt.
"Wait," I said, grabbing his wrist, "I'm not ready for that yet." He smiled at me.
"Don't worry, I won't do anything that you're not comfortable with." I let go of his hand and he put it to my cheek. He kissed me gently and rolled to the side of me. He really does care about me. I was surprised in seeing that he wasn't continuing, and a little depressed. But I wasn't ready. I leaned on his chest and rested my head.
"Thanks." Kyle chuckle and moved me closer to him. We lied their for a while in silence. With my ear to his chest, I could here his heart beat. "Today was truly a great day," I said, breaking the silence. I felt Kyle's arm hug me tight.
"I'm glad to hear that."
"But there was only one problem . . ." Kyle sat up slightly, but quickly.
"What did I do wrong?" he said, worriedly. I looked up at him.
"On the Ferris wheel, you said a really cheesy line," I laughed. He started to blush just like on the Ferris wheel.
"Well, I use lines like that on girls. I thought I would never be able to say that line again. You really didn't like it?" he asked.
"Nope, it may work on girls, but not me." I smiled real big. Kyle looked at me and patted my face.
"You're silly, go to sleep and dream about me." He pushed my head down onto his chest. I shot my head back up.
"Who said I wanted to dream about you?" I asked sarcastically. He gave me a look then pushed my head back down.
"Do it, cause I'm gonna dream about you and I don't want to be the only one." Seriously? That must have took a lot of guts to say. I have to see his face. I looked back up at him. His face was red, eyes closed. I smiled and kissed his neck.
"Okay, I'll dream about you too. If we're lucky, maybe our dreams will connect." I buried my face into his chest. His chest was nice and cozy. We queitly fell alseep, dreaming of each other.
