Light Takes Seven Minutes; Eddie Takes Seven Minutes

Eddie travelled at the speed of light, gathering beams and riding them to his favourite destinations. He visited friends, fell in love and did his shopping in the blink of an eye. He could have been a super hero. He could have been the world's greatest sprinter. Unfortunately for him, Eddie had a limited imagination and could never sustain his concentration for more than 7 minutes. This was a long time for Eddie. This was the inherent contradiction within his cosmological ability; although Eddie wasted no time in travelling, his life was made into a series of fragments like a photo album of the world, two dimensional and forever in the past.
