Rise with Water
Prologue
The year is 2253. The population of humans on Earth are on the run, and in hiding. Hiding from the one thing that all people fear. Death. Ten years ago, the people we had lost, from illness, war and old age started to return to us. They walked out of water, brushing of the drips, and smiled. They had come back, from the dead, to be with us. But it wasn’t good. Soon, they realised the power they had over the living. One touch could send some one to death- but they wouldn’t return. And so the revolution began.
