Suddenly, fear begins to ride up in your throat.  You're trying to think about whether there are other beasts, but in your mind all you can think about is how there is too much blood!!!!

You suddenly feel sharp pains in your wrists and as you look down, your wrist slit themselves open.  You wonder how you came to be holding the glass and you wonder why you stabbed the nurse and you wonder why you have cut yourself, because suddenly you realise this was you, that you've done all this.
