Real or Fantasy?

Recommend

I'm walking down the side street when a woman pops her head out from around the corner and grins at me. My first reaction is surprise from the unexpected appearence, my second reaction is rational. Grinning isn't realistic. Therefore, this woman isn't real and must be stopped. I walk up to the grinning woman, hand in my jacket. I keep my eye on the woman the whole time. Her grin suddenly widens as if she is taunting me. When I get close enough to her, I produce the blade that I was gripping onto inside my jacket. It's just an ordinary steak knife, nothing fancy. Don't want to be seen as suspicious, or else I might be stopped. I stab the woman right in the stomach. A blood-curdling scream arises as horror is projected from the womans eyes as she slowly, ever so slowly, dies. I then proceed to do the ritual to get rid of the non-existant being. I rip her skin off with my teeth and spit it out onto the ground until none is left. The woman has stopped screaming as she realises that no one is coming to save her. Instead, she has opted to lay there and sob and moan. I  don'tlike this kind of reaction. It makes me want her to suffer more so I can hear the beautiful sound of her screaming once again. I can make her scream again, I know how to. I produce a medium-sized vial of vinegar from underneath my coat and start pouring it onto her flesh. Her beautiful scream shatters the dark, quiet side street we are in again as she writhes in pain. I bare my teeth in pleasure as I stand up and leave her there. I walk back onto the empty main street and whistle a tune to myself as I skip merrily down the street. I can still hear her screaming in agony as I go look for the next non-existant being daring enough to cross my path. There's not many left. A few weeks ago, hundreds walked this very street, now only a few are left. I may have to start breaking doors down soon....
