David Bartholomew Redhat,
the focus of worldwide disdain,
died in his hotel bed last night in Marbella,
on the south coast of Spain.

Despite his very advanced years
Redhat had continued his peculiar habit,
of marrying a new young bride
in each county he would visit.

His first wife, an artist
living near the Canadian border,
was contacted this morning,
but refused to speak with reporters.

There will be no funeral service,
as Mr. Redhat chose to be buried at sea.
He leaves behind at least two thousand children.
His age was rumored to be one hundred and three.
