navel gazing at other people

In the city so many people are lost because they think they know themselves, and they think they know others. To find anything, I have been told, you have to admit you are lost. Then you can ask for directions. Hopefully the person who you ask will tell you if they know, but even more to the point if they DON'T know they will tell you they can't give you directions. Then you can ask someone else who will, or you can walk about until you find it yourself. It is more about asking then surmising, this city. The streets are dangerous and most people don't care, so conclusion jumping will land you in the river. This is universal and has nothing to do with the city, it is the smog that makes it seem more of a problem here.

The End
