Heliopolis City, city of the sun, a prosperous, modern city well known for it's scientific research and development corporation, Bio-Tech. But the most prosperous citys have the most prosperous underworld and corruption is inevitable.

Yet from the depths so too is it inevitable that a champion should arise. 1 in 100 million have what some would deem abilities, abilities that only a handful in the world posess for one reason only. The proximity to aliens.

It is their presence that unlocks abilities, allowing them to stand against the aliens to defend earth.

It is in Heliopolis that one man holds the ability to release the shackles of his origins  and stand on Earth to face the threats that would seek to destroy it.
