"Hey, where'd you get that hat?" Vermil asked Sepia, who was now sporting a sombrero.
"There's nothing wrong with my sombrero!" He said loudly, before falling into a creak in the floor. He was drenched instantly, The cat jumped off his head and scurried over to a hole in Abraham Lincoln.
"Cool Rat." Ego laughed and bounded over to Sepia, who was falling through a leak in the ceiling.
"What are you doing with that vegetable?" Spectrum asked, who quickly took the leek from him and ate it.
"That's it, I've had enough of this silly word association!" Sepia said loudly, which caused everything to freeze. "Huh, what did I do wrong?"
"Oh no!" Fujitsu cried out loudly.
"You've angered the king of the potato people!" Fujitsu practically screamed, causing Sepia to quickly scramble away. "Wait! He's not that scary!" Fujitsu picked up the king of the potato people, who was three inches high and wore a pair of stilettos called Janice and Clarice. "Now, no more scaring Sepia!" He scolded it, and the king ran away. "There, all better."
Sepia reluctantly wandered back over. "I've just been saved from the king of the potato people by a lunatic. Fantastic."
"I am not a lunatic!" Fujitsu said, although he seemed overly happy about it.
"Well, lets put it this way: I'm pretty sure this aggrandisment is your phalange." Sepia said, quickly catching himself on the last syllable.
"What?" Roy said, raising an eyebrow.
"Aggrandisment. Phalange. Interesting." Sepia was curt and simple, as if he knew something the others didn't. Which he totally did. Or, at least he thinks he does. Smug bastard. "Are you narrating my thoughts now?"
Ego smiled a wide grin. "Sowwwwwy."
"Anyway, something's censoring me, but it seems pretty obvious what I'm trying to say. It musn't want the truth to come out just yet." Sepia suddenly seemed more heroic to everyone, except for Vermil. Vermil saw him with a tophat and a thin but long moustache. Vermil's eyes narrowed a little, before disappearing completely. They were back before anyone noticed, making Vermil wonder if it had even happened.
