The Wizards Of OzMature

Vipers sit on my tongue hissing and spitting
But it's not meant for you
Please know that is true

And the fire in my stomach is flailing and burning
But this dear fire's aim
Is wrong, just the same

The fights I pick are just because
Of broken bones and blood of Oz
Where wizards don't help dreams come true
And pain we feel is thrown at you

Knives in my mind are twisting and stabbing
Don't think it's your fault
Take it with a pinch of salt

And the bite I just caught is bleeding and hurting
I didn't mean to though
That's something you should know

The  full stops and curt words that I've said
Are from the dark parts of my head
Where wizards don't help dreams come true
And pain we feel is thrown at you

The crying and laughter and hate that I feel
Is not caused by you, as much as it's real
Just dreams from my past have never come true
And the pain from that is thrown at you.

The End
