why

why is darkness called night? Why can't night be day and day be night? why do we live life this way? Why do you look at life the way you do? Are you really looking at life in your eyes? Why do we avoid looking at the real thing? Why are  you scared of whats real? Why can't you express how you really feel? Can you answer my questons please?
