As she starred at her computer screen once again ,she mused how her email inbox was empty once again. Saturday night and a couple of rounds of internet fever would once again be her only claim to fame. In anticipation of this event,she had rearranged her desk so that the monitor she had grown to love was tilted to one side and her speakers were turned down low. She adjusted her overhead desk light to illuminate the monitor only. She flexed her hands,took a sip of coffee and moved the mouse to the left of her screen.........'You have 2 unread messages " popped out of the screen ...and she smiled ,alas someone was thinking of her on this day after all .
