Brandon Harvey's Release

Recommend

I felt sick to my stomach. I quickly shoved my head over the end of the bed and vomited into the bucket the nurse had left me. Ugh. I don't even know what's going on. I was so confused.

Brandon! I shot up in bed and my head immediately felt like a giant boulder. I fell back on the pillow with a short, "Ouf!" Ugh... I felt like puking, again. I rested my head over the end of the bed so that I could just puke if I needed to. I had no idea what was going on.

A nurse walked into the room with a small piece of toast on a plate, some butter, peanut butter, and some jam.

"I brought you something to eat. I think you're only puking because you're hungry. I don't know how that works, but the doctor was the one who told me to feed you. 'Small portions at a time.' He said."

The nurse put the tray on the table beside me, all the while she was humming.

"That was a doozy of a seizure, my darlin'. You're one lucky girl. Most teenagers would've died after one like that. It took four nurses and two doctors to keep you from falling off that bed."

"Where's Brandon. I want to see him."

"Oh..." The nurse looked sad and ashamed. "Well, Brandon was checked out of the hospital an hour ago."

When she saw the look of dissapointement on my face, she quickly started up, again.

"Oh, but don't worry! He said he wouldn't leave the building until he saw you! He's in the waiting room, right now! I'll go get him if you want."

I nodded and took the knife.

"I'll go get him, then."

The nurse left as I was buttering my toast.

"Hey. I heard you had a seizure and I didn't want to leave without checking up on my first girlfriend. Are you alright?" Brandon asked, walking in.

"I feel a little dizzy, but the nurse said that was because I haven't eaten anything in a few days. How long was I out, exactly?"

I waited for him to answer, but he just shook his head.

"I don't really know. They kept me out, too. They had me drugged for a few days, to make sure I wouldn't freak out about your seizure."

"Oh... I guess they found out that we're now dating, huh?" I asked.

"I guess so." We heard his mom calling. "I have to go, but I promise I'll come visit you whenever I can, okay?"

"Okay. I'll miss you." Brandon hugged me and left.

He's gone. He's really gone. I probably won't see him for another week. He gets to go to school, now. I hope he doesn't tell anyone about me and him.

Dezz Just to let you know, I totally forgot to describe the main characters, Chloe, Brandon, Sharlotte, and Carl. Chloe has blonde hair, down to her elbows, light blue eyes, and she's caught in the middle of tanned and pale. She doesn't really follow fashion trends, she has her own style. She just throws on whatever matches!
Brandon has brown hair, cropped short, dark blue eyes, and is tanned. He dresses the same as Chloe. He follows his own trends. He throws on jeans and a T-shirt and goes on his way.
Those are the two main characters and I will try not to kill either of them off!
Chloe's mom/Sharlotte is 35 years old. She had Chloe when she was 20. Her dad/Carl is two years older than Sharlotte, which makes him 37. Sharlotte retired early because they're a fairly wealthy family and Carl is in a high-paying job a.k.a, Carl is a doctor. Sharlotte is all about fashion and anti-aging creams. Carl doesn't really care about looks. He just gets dressed in a t-shirt and jeans and goes to work.
One thing that's been bothering me that I think I should mention... I accidentally got my fiction and non-fiction mixed up. This is not, I repeat not a true story. Sorry if I caused any confusion! Oh, and sorry this Guidance is so LONG!
