Understanding the new situation at hand, I realized that the world had changed completely and that the only way to thrive in it was to do as man did thousands of years ago. Thinking of what to do next, I remembered my family when I was a child going on camping trips and making s'mores. I began to cry at the thought that I would never see them again because of this "contract" I had signed. Between the confusion and overwhelming emotion, I decided that befriending this stranger was my only chance for survival and to possibly see my family once again. I asked him whether he wanted to join me in conquering this new civilization, and fortunately he said yes. Learning his name was Thomas, I asked him, "What should we do next?"
