Meteors of the Darkness
"Look at this!"
Those three words marked the beginning of the busiest night in the observatory's history. A swarm of meteors was showing up, more than had ever been seen. But that wasn't the most amazing thing. The most amazing thing was that they were travelling impossibly fast, near the speed of light. The scientists calculated that they would collide with the earth, but not for another year. They were too far off, despite their speed. The human race would have time to prepare and survive.
How wrong they were...
