The dance class had finished and people were having a drink while chatting to others. Lucy and Sam were in deep conversation, and I saw Lucy passing Sam her number. I grinned. Dancing is a fantastic way to meet new people.
The final dancer went out the door and I turned out the lights, locking the door behind me. Outside Sam and Lucy were stood saying goodbye. As I watched Lucy kissed Sam on the cheek and then ran to her car grinning. I laughed and pulled Sam away.
"Stop gawping. You'll scare her away."
We got in the car and drove home. Jay was still up, waiting for us.
"So lil sis, did you pull?" I shoved him playfully.
"Leave her alone Jay." Sam was blushing.
"I'm going to bed." She said before running upstairs. I followed her.
"Ignore your brother Sam. Have a goodnight's sleep and then call Lucy tomorrow, ask her out."
"Ok. And, thanks Carmen."
"No problem." I closed her door and went down the corridor to my room. Jay came up as I was getting undressed.
"Carmen, I'm in a predicament."
"What's up?" I said as I slipped off my top.
"Well, I'm in love with this girl, and I want her really badly, but I'm wondering if it's the right thing to do when my sister is in the house."
"Well as long as that girl is me, I have no problem with it." I whispered, kissing him. He picked me up and carried me to the bed.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
