The next morning I awoke with a feeling of trepadation. How was I going to last the day with Sam after the embarrassing circumstances last night? With a increasing sense of unnerving, I slipped downstairs for some breakfast. The hall was empty as I reached the bottom of the stairs, and I had just breathed a sigh of relief when someone grabbed my arm and I felt myself pulled sideways through a door on the left. It was dark in the room, but I felt a hand slide over my eyes. I giggled.
"Jay, what are you doing?"
There was no answer, but I felt the hand that wasn't over my eyes trailing along my arm, and a tickling sensation on the back of my neck as my companion took a breath.
"Jay, that tickles! Come on, let me look at you!" I struggled and felt the hands lift. I turned, and peered in tot he dark towards Jay's face. It took me a while to adjust to the dark, but when my eyes cleared, Jay had disappeared.
"Hello? Jay? Come on, stop playing around!" Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone move. "Hey, Jay come on. I'm worried now!"
"Jay isn't going to appear out of nowhere, so you might as well stop calling him."
Sam stepped out from behind a bookcase, a smug grin on her face.
