Dispute the tenancy agreement

After fiercely negotiating with the mice for an hour and nineteen minutes, you both settle on a rent of 17 gold pieces and 4 cheese wheels a month, plus the mice paying their own electricity bill. The mice also agree to no more deals with witches, but they refuse to tell you where the screaming one responsible lurks.
