Locked Doors lead the way

Doors.  You never really know what is going to be on the other side.  It's like Hallowe'en; is it a trick or a treat?  Will it be the face you are longing for or the face that you are dreading?  Will it be news that makes you smile or news that makes you crumpled to the floor, discarded and useless.  The thing about doors is that, regardless of how ordinary they appear to be, they just might be the most important item in our world.
